  Had to have my panel upgraded since I needed 2 more slots for my new septic system. Came the next day and did a great job. Will use them again for other projects

  Electrical generator was due for maintenance after one year after installation. It had 5 hours of total run in test mode over the year. I called Michael to perform required check. I was charged $150 for oil change and filter replacement. Upon checking the generator manual I discovered that this was redundant service as oil change and filter replacement would be due only after 2 years of usage of 200 hours of running, whichever comes first. First, I was charged for the unnecessary service (all what electrician was supposed to do was checking for water infusion and state of charge). What is more important - this incident proved that Maximus Electric personnel has no experience in generators maintenance. What they did was based on the guesswork rather than knowledge of what needs to be done. I sent 2 emails to the owner asking for explanation - no response. Poor communication, overcharge, lack of professional expertise.

  Called for emergency on Easter Sunday. Fast response and reasonable even for the emergency. Thank you for responding and being a great and caring company. Will be using you again and referring you out.
