  I just love the staff and techs. They are always so helpful and patient. I can't wait for the fiber service to be complete in my area. God bless y'all.

  Expensive internet that cuts out constantly, phone rep had a "I could be doing better things than this" attitude, and they're really the only service in the area. Considering this, the high prices reflect the services and they're well aware of it. I asked if there would be any potential of an upgraded line in my area and there was a literal scoff and blatant no. The internet might as well not exist between 10 pm and 10 am so sorry if you're only awake during those hours because of work like I am.

  I wish there was a rating that was less than a star. These people are so useless and incompetent I can’t believe they can actually tie their own shoes or are capable enough to operate a motor vehicle.
