  Initially discussed some electrical work with a guy named Dave and also Jerry(?). They both were friendly, but not particularly interested or totally aware during our conversation. They sent a guy named Adam or Alan who looked clueless. Then the guy who did the actual work was named John; he did a terrific job faster than I thought it would take. Cleanest looking rework I had seen. The bill was a higher than expected, but not much higher than the figure they ballparked beforehand.

  We had a partial power outage with no easily apparent reason. It was after hours but due to the nature of our business and the services we provide, it was important the repair be made before morning. Devin, who is actually a service manager, came out and did the repairs himself. Even though it was late, he took the time to explain what happened and what to do if it happens again. On our way out, I mentioned the new lighting we were planning and he took the time to answer my questions and make suggestions. He even took pictures to refer to in case I call with further questions. He was professional from the very beginning, calling with updates regarding what time he'd be there. I was very impressed with the entire encounter and look forward to working with McElroy's in the near future.
