  I work for in a building that is over 90 years old. No repairs are ever simple here. As was the case with the community's previous telephone system. It was about 30 years old, obsolete and surged during an electrical check, damaging some vital components of the system. McEnroe was called to troubleshoot and repair the issue. The system was too old to make cost effective repairs. Replacement was the only option. Our Account Manager, was knowledge, responsive and very easy to work with. He provided a quote for a replacement phone system and worked with our service provider to secure a better rate. He made an extremely complicated process much easier. The level of professionalism displayed by EVERY McEnroe employee was beyond reproach. McEnroe sets the bar high offering excellent customer service and value to its clients.

  Since the mid-nineties, my colleagues and I have used Glen Hardesty and his team at McEnroe for telephony. We started with the Mitel line, and diversified from there. After our collectively working with dozens of mutual clients over the last two decades, I can say that I recommend Glen without reservation. Glen and his team has consistently exceeded expectations on telephony, cabling or other services, and we have yet to be disappointed.
