I've never had a bad experience when I've needed care at McKenzie County Healthcare. The providers in the clinic have always listened and done what was best for me. The nurse practitioners at the urgent care are always kind and ready to help when I have something acute come up that needs treated before I can be seen at the clinic. The doctors in the emergency department are always quick, and take their jobs very seriously when I go in for something serious and scary. I am so happy to live in a community with such amazing healthcare options available to me.

I brought my husband to the ER when his fever and nausea wasn't getting better after several days, and he tested positive for Covid. Dr. Richter, Theres, the nurse, and Quianna, the registrar, were so great with him! Treated him with excellent care and concern and took very good care of him. When we left he already felt so much better and was finally able to sleep!

Great experience! Fast registration for labs plus great experience at the Rural Healthcare Clinic with Doc Jess and Nurse Karlie! Definately use again and recommend. Recently used the MCHS Urgent Care as well and same great service. We are so fortunate for this facility in our community.
