  Lost electricity to part of my home, called at 8 am, gentlemen that answered sounded agitated from the start but I was desperate so I continued to set up a work order, he claimed he would be by later afternoon but call 30 mins out to let me know when he was heading over. I took the day off just to be available but never heard from him so I called at 4, he answered and responded with he must have had the wrong number for me because he couldn’t reach me and couldn’t find my address in his gps mind you my home has been established and shows on every Imaps,gps, goodie search. I explained my location which wasn’t far from his office address maybe a block away. Gave him step by step directions from his office to my home yet his response was well sorry now you will have to wait 4 days until I can get there. I ended up using someone else. Don’t know how this gentleman’s work is because he blew me off, but his professionalism says enough. Grateful I found bay’s electrician he diagnosed and fixed in 20 mins. That’s who I will use going forward.

  I needed 7 new outlets installed in places where there was no wires. Richard added new wires and added new breakers and added new outlets. Richard did great work with no mess. I highly recommend McKenzi electric.

  Returned call quickly. Came over right away. Found the problems and repaired right away. We are very satisfied with McKenzie Electric. Would definitely recommend this company. We are relieved to have someone we can count on. Reliable professionals are hard to find in Bullhead City. Thanks McKenzie Electric. You're the BEST!!!
