I went through the professional referral process at Home Depot, and was put in contact with multiple electricial specialists. Mike was by far the most responsive, diligent, and at the end of the day the wisest choice I could have made. We were able to coordinate a time quickly, and he was spot-on time. Mike was exceptional in his politeness and effective approach to work; he was done far sooner than expected. Price-wise, he was also highly competitive and now, after seeing his work on full display, I would argue a bargain. I recommend his services highly, and would use his services again in a heartbeat when we have a need.

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, SERVICE, and TIMING. Hired for home generator install last April and STILL waiting for completion. DO NOT waste your time with MD Electrical.

"VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, SERVICE, and TIMING." This is a very painful commentary by one of our past customer's. A comment that we do take to heart. What our customer failed to mention is that we did indeed go above and beyond what we promised we would do. Unfortunately for the client - they chose to purchase their own generator directly from their chosen manufacturer... and one of the components proved to be defective and prevented a timely installation. The customer was aware as we helped coach her on how to resolve her situation with the manufacturer. We did provide follow-up service, and in fact, made sure that the customer received prompt and courteous services to design and install their generator system. The job was inspected and passed. The generator transfer switch required a custom work-around to commission it. Despite our direct warning - this action in itself voided the client's manufacturer warranty. The client further reported us to the BBB - to which we immediately responded. But because they did not receive addition services at-no-cost they chose to post this awful review. To be clear - we are a licensed, bonded & insured professional company. The State of Oregon requires professional contractors to post a bond for a direct customer remedy for any conflicts experienced with services rendered. Ms. Kasey - We are truly sorry that you do not feel you received the value in our services provided - especially since we are all members of the same community. A kind comment on what we did do for you would be appreciated. We are always willing to go the extra-mile to satisfy our customers... However, this case never provided the opportunity for a fair resolution. As the owner of the company - I personally performed the additional work at no cost to the customer to satisfy the demand. For the record... Ms. Kasey did indeed received follow-up services to ensure her system was in proper working order and done in a courteous and professional manner... at no additional cost.
