  Knowledgeable and friendly. Not responsive, does not get back to you. Contacted in mid December for an electrical need. He said he would stop by to examine. Did not hear from him so contacted again in mid January. He then came over and analyzed what was needed. He said he would call back with the part and cost. Did not hear from him again and now it’s late February. I sent several text messages and calls, no response. It’s been over 2 months since I originally contacted him and still need help. Either he is too busy or recently retired.
