  This is a reputable company with a solid reputation. I like their business model. Mel Carr's approach to problem solving and customer service is appreciated. Replacing a panel and restoring power is a tedious and complicated job. The team of Zach and Carlos worked tirelessly until the job was finished at 8PM to make sure power to the furnace was restored for a very frigid February evening. It's been a while since I've been very confident in a home repair contractor. Good job! Two thumbs up for sure!

  The technician/electrician, Keith, performed a safety inspection at my home. He was courteous, professional and thorough. He pointed out items that needed attention and entertained and answered my questions regarding his findings. He also provided an itemized list of said items and provided options that I could be comfortable with in having concerns addressed. I will continue to use Mel Carr in the future. Their operation runs smoothly and has built-in checks and balances. They arrive when they say they will and always call ahead. They perform the work as specified and approved and it's guaranteed. Peace of mind is priceless.

  Wow, what a pleasant experience! I especially liked the heads-up text from Dan with his personal photo and historical background. Dan and Carlos was arrived on time and provided their business card upon arrival. It’s refreshing to work with professionals of their caliber. Work and cleanup were satisfactorily accomplished.
