Have been calling daily for nearly a week to get a form that they require for new services. I can't believe that in this digital world that a downloadable pdf isn't available on their website. I would give negative stars if I could. I've never seen a public utility company as inept & unorganized as MLGW & they are the only choice for services

MLGW service is solo bad! I usually pay my bill online. But my bill was $0.00 and didnt even received billing papper for February one . now its march I received February and march bill at one! So I call they said some body register in my account by accident!! Well thats their fault! They can sent me two month bill at one!! And they said nothing they can do about it! Service is bad! It make me so mad! I wish some other company in memphis for gas&light. Or I move to different states!!

MLG&W has decided to close its doors to the public and attempt to go fully automated. This does not work for for a vast majority of people! You have elderly people who are accustomed to paying their bills face to face on the first of the month. You also have a multitude of illiterate individuals who require in person interactions. Especially when you have concerns and you hold for 30 minutes and you’re abruptly disconnected because it’s 6:00 PM and quitting time for the CSRs. I’ve personally witnessed people in the car line at the Shelby Drive location and their cars have quit on them because of the extended wait time that has become the new norm. This is customer service at its worst. Matters are not handled in a timely manner and the needs of the people of poverty are ignored. This is what happens when one company monopolizes a necessity.
