  They did an excellent job. We needed to add a few things that we forgot and they came back and took care of those too for us. They were friendly, kind, respectful, and did great work. They were a joy to work with and I will use them every time.

  Metro electric contacted us for permission to trim trees to upgrade service for a neighbor. Unfortunately, Metro left a mess and refuses to clean it up stating that their customer was supposed to clean up the debris. We let Mike know that we were not impressed and that the debris needed to be cleaned up. He ignored the request and has not responded to text messages. They cleaned up the cuttings/tree from the neighbor next to us, but not the large branches left in our yard smashing shrubs and littering our lawn. Also, our tenant let us know that Metro was rude to her when they showed up arguing that thr neighbor had already gotten permission from her to trim the trees. When she tried to explain that it wasn't her, they argued, insistant and rude that it was her. Highly unprofessional. Rude and didn't bother cleaning up their cuttings.They also did a terrible job cutting the trees. The trees now look horrible and will require a professional to prune the mess they left behind. If you want ticked off neighbors, unprofessional conduct then Metro Electric might be for you.
