  Thank you for putting me on the schedule and coming to do the work at our home. Although the experience was okay while they were doing the work, I found out afterwards that they didn't do what was needed. They overdid it according to the people installing an outdoor elevator for me. All that I requested for the electrical was what the elevator lift people said. A disconnect box 110 20 amp non GCFI. What I got was way more than that and turns out they can't use it. I even had the elevator people talk to the electricians on the phone and he told them what was needed....a 15-20 dollar box. I will post pictures soon. The electricians came, looked at what I had, talked for several hours total all day) on how to accomplished it, called in two others to help and gave a finished product that won't be used and completely not what the elevator people told them. Because I didn't know it was not correct, I had them come back and install two receptacles in my garage. Two people worked all day on that. At the end of the day, I was given a bill for over 4000 dollars. No itemized bill. And now I am being told by the elevator people that normally the item needed usually only runs around 300-500 dollars to install and not a 4 person job. I will never ever recommend this company and feel like they took advantage of a situation that looked like a good gauging. The only way I would remove this review or give another star is if they contact me, give me the itemized bill and explain where 4k went.

  Courteous, professional, and on time. Derek was awesome and informative. Cost was not exorbitant. Will certainly use again.
