  We called to have them come out for electric service at our home because we had no power on half our house, and they said they would be out within hour or 2 and 3 hrs went by , and still no one showed up . I called again and they said be 15 minutes and another hour went by without a phone call call any one showing up.. very unprofessional

  He said he'd be here at 9 am. At 10:45 I called him and he said he'd be here in a while. It's now 4:15 pm no show, no call. Would not recommend this company

  My refrigerator died so I bought a new one...plugged it in and no bueno. I called Michael's and this nice gentleman showed up and did something to the gcfi??? Outlet and the refrigerator powered back on. Thank you so much for your fast response and your technical expertise. I am so grateful! Shannon Garner
