  Had a power outage and didn't realize it was just my house. Within 10 minutes of my phone call A man was at my door he told me my Transformer had tripped and sure enough it was a dead squirrel in my yard. Not the best outcome but they are really on top of things. Thank you so much for caring.

  Someone hit Dad's light pole. They were out there in a flash! Dad had heat back on within 5 hrs. We had to call electrician too.
