  Backup Generator System Installation: I have been wanting for a long time to install a generator interlock access on the outside of my house for a few years now. I called Jason Autry of Midsouth Electric on a Sunday and to my surprise he called me back within the hour. Employees Sam and Jack arrived two days later and just before the storms of Hurricane Dorian impacted the Raeford, NC area. I am extremely glad for their attention to detail and service oriented business. Sam and Jack even took the extra time to demonstrate and test out my new generator for my wife.

  Sam did a great job replacing the ceiling fan in my son's room. He was on time and his customer service skills are awesome. He also repaired my outside light fixture and the switch on the outside night light pole. He is one of the best electricians as far as speed and technical competence I've seen. Sam is a true asset to Mid south. And he did most of the work in the pouring down rain and always maintained a positive attitude. Awesome job and I really appreciated it and will be requesting Sam in the future if I need a proficient and competent electrician!!

  Sam, from MidSouth Electric, came the day I called, because he was able to fit me in. He was a whizz at switching from one chandelier to the new one. And, he was friendly and smiling the whole time. I was extremely impressed and Midsouth won me from my previous electrician that I felt took advantage of me because of their connection to my chosen HVAC company. I was told what it would cost before Sam came out. I felt it was more than fair, since there was a lot to getting this up and would have taken me an inordinate amount of time because of the lack of instructions provided. I would highly recommend Sam of MidSouth Electric. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly disposition.
