  I love MIDSTATE but I hate the 4 day week. What is up with that silliness? Are people not important enough to be open 5 days a week like most places for the folks? People get tired about 3 in the afternoon on 8 hour days, what do they think people do on 10 hour days? Even the post office that people hate is open 5 days and delivers 6 days. Banks are open more than 4 days. Anyone else ??

  I love the office staff at Midstate. They are always helpful and willing to lend a hand. They will take the time to figure out and fix any problem or issue that may come up without hesitation. They are friendly, caring and genuine! I always have a smile waiting at the counter to greet me, which I appreciate. Thank you for all you do ladies.

  We’ve been customers for 17 years so this review is a long time coming. We are very happy with the service they provide, & the friendly, professional customer Service. Last week was the first unexpected power outage I’ve ever had to report they were efficient & effective they had it back up and running before I could find my flash light. Thank you for all that you do for us, it doesn’t go un noticed, we appreciate you!
