  Brad Smart spent hours trying to find a problem that had the residents smelling hot metal/rubber etc. He crawled under the main house's crawl space and eventually found the electrical outlet that had been causing the problem- house was likely to catch on fire if he had not found the problem. We plan to have him rewire the new addition to the house and plan for kitchen renovations.

  Was very available time wise. Once shown what was desired was very unsure of himself as to being able to do it. Would not give an estimate of price for work. Would not give an hourly rate even. Asked if ok that coworker came to "learn the other side of electrical business" with him. Failed to say his rates then doubled. Called in a contractor to help him with the work once started.
