  I needed to have a garbage disposal hooked up. For some reason there was a miscommunication and the young man that was sent did not have the experience needed for a new installation. That was remedied and all was fine until I got my bill and saw that I was billed for the first service call. I sent an angry email message and got a phone call the next day saying the charge would be refunded. It's really good to know that there are companies like Chambers Electric who have integrity and treat customers so well.

  Hi Nancy, I am so sorry for your experience. We have reviewed the work done that day and you are totally correct. You should not have been charged for the time the first technician spent at your home. We have issued a refund for that portion of your invoice and will have a refund check in the mail to you shortly. We are sorry for the error made when calculating your COD charges and we are very glad that you brought it to our attention. We always try to do our best and if we are less than successful we try to make it right.
