  Brandon is professional, courteous and came by to fix a problem with my electrical panel where I had lost power to the house. He was able to come out promptly and get my power restored in 15 minutes. Great work and was patient with my questions due to my limited knowledge of electricity. He also took the time to educate me on the issues with my Federal Pacific panel. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to people with electrical panel issues.

  Setting up the initial install for my garage in July with Brandon was a piece of cake. The tech came out on time and got most of the work done in one day, said he’d be back the next day to finish up (had to get more parts). Next day was a no show-no call, but Brandon scheduled a tech to come out a day or two after that and he finished the job. Fast forward to the present, I have a GFI outlet that they installed that is no longer working. I got ahold of Brandon on the first week of December and he said a tech would be out the following Wednesday to repair under warranty. I texted the night before to confirm, no response. Wednesday, no show-no call. Seems like a pattern, huh? I’ve been trying to contact Brandon multiple times a day, and he’s not responding to my texts or calls. At this point, my assessment is that Brandon is unprofessional and I would NOT recommend anyone use Mile High Electricians. I understand warranty work isn’t a money maker for him, but if you can’t stand behind your work, you can’t be trusted. *****IN RESPONSE TO OWNER’S COMMENT***** I don’t need nor want another installation, I want you to fix my GFI outlet that still trips.

  Please stay away from them. Brandon the owner is so aggressive. I had to call 911 to report on him. Please. Do not hire him. I am so disappointed people like him still do business!!! If you want more info you can reply to this post. I am scared to include anything else now. Once again STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY Brandon!!!
