  Conner and his team did a wonderful job fixing the plumbing emergency at my home. He spent 2 days, working quickly and efficiently to get the job done, offered me multiple options with different rates that fit within an amount I was comfortable spending, and took the time to explain how all the pipes worked together. I really appreciate that they left my yard in the same condition that it was when they started, they did not make a mess, they kept everything nice and neat, and they were respectful of my home and my neighbors. Thank you to Conner and Milestone for a job well done!

  I have a silver service contract with Milestone which gets me a free furnace inspection annually amongst other free inspections (A/C, electrical, plumbing and garage door.) Trey was my technician as he has come to my house before. Milestone gives you a courtesy call but you also get a text with the technician’s name and photo so can be sure of who is coming. The inspection was very thorough with a video of the inside of my furnace so that I can get a sense of the condition of the parts. His recommendations were good but no pressure for me to make a decision on repairs or optional upgrades. I have been very pleased with Milestone.

  This was another satisfying experience with Milestone. They installed a new tankless water heater. The work was done in about 4 hours. They let us know what they were doing at every step of the work. Hunter and his assistant cleaned up the area after installation. They wore masks and boot coverings in the house.They were on time for the estimate & the work. This service is why we use Milestone for our electric & plumbing needs.
