  About a month ago, I went to Milford Electric to purchase a new ceiling fan and light. I was assured I would be contacted to finalize the order and set up an installation time. 3 weeks later, I had received no call-back. When I called to see what had happened, I was told I had been called several times and no one answered. However, there was no message on any phone. At this time, I was apologized to and again assured a call was forthcoming. This did not happen. I have called to tell them their services were not needed since I had contacted an electrician able to spare the time for a small job. We have called on ME many times in the past and are disappointed in this manner of public service.
