  These guys sent me a bill for close to $900. I told the furnace repair man that the furnace was still under warranty. I called about the bill and explained again that the furnace was under warranty and was told they would call me back. A week later I called them again... Finally after working through the situation again she said she had to order a form and would need to call me back. This time she did. The parts came to almost $700. Why am I having to do there job? They should have taken care of it right away. They had no problem ripping me off. I would rate zero stars if I could.
