  After listing our home for sale, the county informed us that our basement was finished without a permit, and we couldn't sell it without one. I called 12 electricians; most wouldn't return my calls, and the ones who did said they wouldn't do the inspection because they didn't do the work (it was done before we moved there so we didn't know who did it). Mr. Million said it was no problem, signed off at the county office the next business day and was there the day after that. He got all the repair work needed and inspections done fast, and for much less than we were expecting. Absolutely great electrician!
