  Had a partial outage. Called and spoke to Ash. He was very helpful and walked me through the process of restoring my power. Super great customer service in my time of need!

  Excellent service. MEC has always contacted us when a scheduled repair is necessary. Office personnel are great. A big Thank you to the Linemen, who regardless of the weather get the job done, standing on hooks is backbreaking.

  Beware, they are now trying to assess penalty charges for payments posted 3 days after due date. After 10 years being a member of this cooperative as they are the only ones providing service in my area and getting at least 2 power outages a month in clear weather they are now trying to mess with our billing. Called them and got some stupid story about payments needed to be made by the exact date 7th of the month in this case. 3 days is not a grace period it is just common sense. Stop messing with your loyal customers!
