  Saturday Saw an ad for $69 furnace tune up. Perfect! Called and had a pleasant conversation with the employee, got it all scheduled for Monday between 0800-1200, am told it's $79 service fee... Should have been red flag #1 that they didn't honor their advertisement, but needed it done. Took the day off to be there for the tech. Sunday morning get an automated text reminding me of the appointment for someone to be here between 0700-1100... Hour earlier than scheduled. Whatever, lets me get it out of the way an hour earlier and be free for my now day off, right? So here rolls 1130 on Monday, no tech has arrived, and haven't gotten any calls. Red flag #2. So I call and inquire as to what is going on. I was informed that the national call center had mistakenly scheduled me for a "repair", not for a tune-up and they're booked out to the 4th week of July for tune-ups and there is nothing that they can do for me. Why the tech that was scheduled to come by and do my "repair" couldn't just shift gears and do a tune-up for me is beyond me. Waste of time off from work, and half a day that I could have used doing something else. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The company was suppose to come in the morning on the scheduled date. After 2:00 PM, they called and stated they couldn't make it, then tried to make an appontment the next week. I did not end up using this company.

  Doing some remodeling for a friend and found a panel that was installed by mister sparky, rediculous how many violations they have. I hope no one ever uses their service. Their work is pathetic and hacked in. Would not recommend using
