  Called to have a quote for a light fixture install and they were able to come out and complete the project same day. Tried several other companies and didn’t even get a call back, I’m still amazed at the responsiveness and speed of Mister Sparky. Our installer Shawn was extremely kind, professional, and did a great job installing the light fixture. Will definitely be using them again for any future electrical projects!

  When I first called this company I was told it would cost me $89 for them to come out to tell me what my my electrical issue was. I was very upset and unhappy to find out that the fee for them to come out to visit my home was $89 and an additional fee to diagnose my electrical issue. So basically I paid them $89 just to drive to my home without a diagnostic being performed. Had I known there was an additional fee to diagnose my issue on top of the $89 fee I would never have scheduled with them. They quoted me $453 to fix my kitchen light and closet light that just does not turn on at the light switch. Mind you the tech didn’t give a confirmed diagnosis on if that was the actual problem with my lights because I was not prepared to pay $453. In order for him to have given me a guaranteed diagnosis and to fix the issue, I would have had to pay the $453 which I find very very pricey. All in all I’m not happy that I am out of $89 just for them to come out to my home and do nothing. Company should be ashamed of getting over on people like that especially during a pandemic. Will never call them again . Be prepared when you call them for them to say it’s $89 to get them from their door to your door. The $89 is not for them to come see what your issue is (There is a separate fee to be paid for them to diagnose your issue and fix the problem) please be AWARE and learn a lesson from me.

  Mr Sparky Electricians are the best. We’ve had them to our home a couple of times. They are quick, efficient, and super personable. They don’t BS you or try to charge you for things you don’t need. Quality, Affordable service. Highly recommend
