  I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. A++ service all the way. It was very refreshing to have such a positive interaction with a contractor. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely professional and friendly. I called in the evening and was given an appointment the next day. Adam was my technician and he was very professional and polite. He did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and to the point. What I appreciate the most is that I didn’t feel like I was being upsold. He explained everything to me and was done with the repairs in less than an hour. The total cost for inspection and service was very reasonable and fair. Thanks again. I will definitely be using them in the future.

  Justin was great. He came out once and thought we had the problem with a light switch solved. It turned out to be much more complicated, and when Justin returned, he and his supervisor (via telephone) spent the long time necessary to resolve a poorly wired original installation. We weren’t charged for the return visit, even though the solution took much longer than anticipated in the original visit. The only drawback I would note has nothing to with Justin or the actual on-site service. Instead, it has to do with scheduling. When I called to report that the original fix hadn’t held, my repair was not made a priority. Not only was I given a date about a week out, but I was told that it was an all-day appointment. I was also told that I would get a call from the office the evening before with a more specific time. That didn’t happen. In addition, I did not get a return call when I asked to be moved ahead for the week-out appointment. I recommend Justin and the work ethic he showed. The service from the office needs improvement.
