John was great, very professional and took time to educate me on each step of the process. We had outlets and lighting installed in our garage, as well as a doorbell chime replacement. The lighting is nice and bright in our garage where it was very dim due to overhead storage. He approached every step with the details we requested in mind. If something had to be adjusted he had great recommendations to complete the job exactly how we needed.

After calling around and not finding anyone that would come out as far as I live I called Mister Sparky and they came out within 2 hours of my call. Richard knew exactly what the issue was within minutes of looking at everything plus he had all the necessary parts on hand to make the service call a quick and easy one. He explained everything in detail and made sure everything was working before leaving. I already have my next job planned with them due to the customer service Richard provided. I would definitely recommend the company. Breaker repaired and Surge installed.

Great high quality work. Very professional and nice. Richard was a wealth of helpful information. Communication and follow-up from the office was the best I've seen in this space. Don't take chances...hire an electrician!
