Mr. Sparky did a great job. Their technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He walked me through what was going on and asked me questions so he could better understand how and when we lost power, and then determine the cause and what we could do differently to prevent it in the future. Everything works as it did before. I’m very happy with the service, the timeliness and the courteous professionalism. Highly recommend!

Called Mr Sparky on Monday for an appointment to have chandelier removed and problem with outlet diagnosed. It was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. I was happy when they called Tuesday to see if they could come sooner having completed their tasks for the afternoon. Brent arrived at our home promptly. He was courteous and thorough as he began troubleshooting problem with outlet. He then had to wait for another co-worker to bring taller ladder for two story ceiling. They quickly removed old chandelier and provided estimate to install new crystal chandelier. It was so nice to work with a very professional company and courteous technician. I can’t speak highly enough of Brent and the service he performed!
