  Alejandro was absolutely fantastic! He trouble shot our power outage and then assisted with installation. Courteous, professional, motivated. The scheduling of our emergency service was a snap with an actual person answering the phone on a Sunday! Well done! We are so grateful

  The technician did the work I requested in a very messy manner. Even when I told him that I had a dog who was not home at the time, he continued to purposely drop screws and other small items on the floor repeatedly when dismantling a ceiling fan. When I asked him why the light switch that had operated the old fan no longer did anything with the new fan, he said that it was because I had chosen to connect the new fan to a remote control for my handicapped sister. He said that the light switch was rendered “dead” with the remote control even though he never did anything to the switch. Since this seemed odd to me, I did a Google search and found that this was not the truth. A fan can operate both by remote control and by switch at the same time. When I asked the company to put two new light switches and four new outlets in areas that had paint on the old ones but still had the proper wiring, I was quoted a price of over $600. My husband could do such a job if he only had the spare time. As he said, it was just a matter of connecting about four wires in each case. Therefore, I feel that Mr. Sparky overcharges for their services. The technician made me feel like it was a bother to serve me even though I paid near $800 for the services. I have never written such a negative review about a company. I always do my research and rely on Google reviews to make my decisions of who I should do business with in my life. I hope this Google review serves as a cautionary tale to other consumers.
