  Excellent customer service! Our repair was scheduled quickly, they called to let me know they received the order and they came exactly when they said they would. The repairman was very professional and did excellent work! He was efficient and we are 100% satisfied. The owner called after the appointment to make sure we were satisfied as well! I will be using Mitchell Electric exclusively from now on and recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

  Kept promising appointments or call right back, never did. This was after several messages left over a 2 Wk period. Kept us hanging on promises. Very unprofessional way to do business

  Electrician was friendly and professional. I felt the price quoted was a bit high though and the receptionist never calls you back.
