  Modern Services took over from the previous company that installed my new unit. They honored my maintenance contract much to my delight. Rick has serviced my air conditioner with the up most professionalism, punctuality, and respect. He will offer additional services or products with a "NO" pressure sale and quote which is greatly appreciated.

  I read all the poor reviews. I have used Modern Services for many years for Reverse Cycle Heating and AC installation and maintenance of two units at my residence. Personal has changed over the years, most have been satisfactory, some have been very good, and maybe one or two were in and out to quick to have done a good job. I generally would not replace a unit until it completely failed, but this time I did agree to replace a 10 year old unit that was still working because I was warned it was about to fail and they might not be able to get replacement parts when the hot weather arrives. I looked at the old unit that was removed and it did not look that bad to me. Just some rust on the cabinet and around the coils. I will go back to letting them run until they stop and won't hold gas. Regardless, Chris and Kay who did the installation were competent, efficient, and left the area clean.

  Modern Services purchased the company that had been our HVAC service provider and has given us uninterrupted and excellent service. We've had a number of issues to which they responded quickly and successfully, which we appreciate since air conditioning is often synonymous with "life support" here in Florida! Rick (who installed one of our units under the aegis of the earlier company) has happily been retained by Modern Services and just performed another thorough and careful maintenance call. But others have come out as well and we've been well taken care of by all their representatives.
