  I have used Eric and his team at Modernize two times in the last 6 months for projects at my home. The first project was the installation of a Generac whole house generator. From start to finish Eric and his team were very professional, responsive, and got the job done on time. The second project was solar installation. We are thrilled with the finished result and have recommended Modernize to close family and friends.

  Modernize recently installed a new Generac standby generator and new panel for us… and their team is top notch. Their quote was the lowest and the work was done exactly in the quoted time. Eric did a great job walking through the sizing and estimate. Nick and his crew did a great job with the install, working well into the evening to make sure everything was on schedule and done right. The panel itself was a lot of work and was done professionally and very cleanly. After a small oversight (most likely on my end) the Manager Brandon called me and came out that night after his regular jobs and got me up and running. Modernize really had their stuff together when it came to communication, permits, jobsite, scheduling, etc. I would not hesitate hiring them for any electrical job.

  We had initially started a solar project with PetersenDean, but they went bankrupt before they could installed our system. Earlier, we had had our Generac generator serviced by Brandon at Modernize, back when PG&E was first shutting off power due to fire danger. So we contacted Modernize about picking up our solar project. Modernize made several recommendations, revised the plan, and installed the system in a very timely manner. The system has been running for a month and a half, producing about a megawatt-hour a month now, on target with what we had hoped for. Great response, very professional, and we are extremely satisfied.
