  Electric service is fairly dependable. Takes at least a week to get a bill after reading the meter. They think this is wonderful service. It isn't Some of the The contractors they brought into town for their fiber optic construction are horrible people. They reflect very badly on the company

  So I understand and do respect procedure but I also believe in establishing some sort of leeway when circumstances permit. I have been the only one paying on an account that my parents opened over ten yrs ago due to this companies ridiculous deposit they want when you open the account (most times it is more than your rent or mortgage). Well a DECADE goes by and I was trying to open another account and they had no record of my payment history because apparently there is only one primary slot and I was not in it even though I was the home owner living at the residence. Now trying to resolves this issue, the kind respectful Grace suggested I speak to Gina, the manager, regarding this agreeing with my thought that surely something can be done to wave the fee seeing I have been the only one paying every single bill since turn on for that decade with no faults; I have bank statements and a letter from the primary to prove that. So I waited a week for Gina, the manager, to return bk from vacation. I went in and she did not even allow me to finish telling her the whole story, there was no consideration, no sorry I am sure that is frustrating for you I wish there was something we could do... none of that, instead with a change of tone she stated that it was so bc I did not want the account in my name, which is not what I remember them saying. To my knowledge it would of been like buying a car and needing a cosigner. Nevertheless I ended up being forced to do pay as you go which I opened with Grace. She was great even explained it all out and help me set the app up.

  Supervisor Chris is rude disrespectful and dug up bushes across the street and refused to pick up the mess. I like how people don't have to be accountable for there actions and always blame it on someone else
