  We contacted Molinari to inquire about getting our pool resurfaced. They put us in touch with Curtis who came to our house to look at the pool. We were impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge. He explained all of our options and showed us all of the materials. He also put us in touch with a paver company to redo out entire outdoor pool area. Our experience was excellent. Cutis oversaw the whole project and worked seamlessly with the paving company. Curtis was patient with us and addressed all of our concerns with no " sales pressure" to move forward. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and the end result exceeded our expectations! We also had them replace our old pump and now use them for our routine cleaning and maintenance. I highly recommend Molinari for any of your swimming pool needs!

  I highly recommend Molinari to anyone looking for a quality, reliable pool service. Their skilled technicians are not only courteous and dependable, but also incredibly detailed with their work. Their office staff is very responsive and works hard to accommodate every request, big or small. This family owned business truly treats you like family.

  BLUF: The company does excellent work, but struggles with consistency in other areas. I have picky tenants and have been through lots of pool companies. I thought I'd finally found the best with Molinari, which is why I paid the extra $40/mo over their competitors . They did an excellent job for a year. Then came mix-ups with scheduling. With billing. With charging me for items for another of their clients. The icing on the cake was when I got a bill from A DIFFERENT POOL COMPANY for clients they were taking to "help out" Molinari Pools, and THEN I got a complaint that the pool was turning green. Each time, this stuff was a surprise to me, and EACH time, I had to call Molinari, not the other way around, to get an explanation. For the premium price I was paying, it got old, so I moved on to another company today. I reached out to them first to try to work things out, but they didn't get back to me because they were "in meetings". Hopefully, the company gets its "stuff" together and maybe we can re-engage in the future.
