The staff is very friendly and accommodating! They took my car in quickly and inspected my tires.  No work needed to be done and they did not charge me anything for their time. I would highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back the next time I need something from my car!

My car decided to die on New Year's Day, and Monro was the only shop open in the area. Not only did they reassure me that everything was going to be okay, they promised to look at the car that same day, so I would have an idea how to plan my next few days! Patrick and Brandon are prime examples of how an auto shop should be run, and they were nothing short of excellence. I would highly recommend this auto shop!

I was told by a "mechanic" that they don't know how to flare a brake line. This took place after somebody at monroe had already installed compression fittings to replace my old standard braking lines. Which are illegal. I was also denied access to my vehicle upon arrival until the full amount was paid. Furthermore, it has cost me hundreds more to undo whatever damage these guys here have done via installing wrong/illegal parts. After almost an entire month in the shop at Monroe in Middletown RI, my vehicle is still not in driving condition. Brake lines were fixed in the rear, but not even done to legal specifications.
I have even taken this up with the BBB so that I can invoke my rights as a customer.  I have also taken to reaching out and contacting the CEO of this company explaining my grievance because I spent almost $1000 and virtually nothing was repaired, fixed, or installed properly. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THESE GUYS ARE HUSTLERS WITH LITTLE EXPERIENCE IN CARS/PARTS, AND IT SHOWS.  I will be taking further legal action as soon as possible against this place. I am currently awaiting a response from the corporate office.

Friendly staff got me in same day for a state inspection, which can be hard to find on Aquidneck Island. I have been here previously and customer service is consistently great.
