  As a New Resident to this side of town I was so Pleased that Montana Cool Inc was able to resolve my AC issues. Not Knowing much about the AC Industry I had a ton of questions especially about my unit, which were answered. After the issue was Identified, I was offered some options which were efficient and economical which helped resolve my problem. I would call Montana Cool Inc for any of my future AC Needs.   I had an appointment set between 8am and 9am. 10:05 I call the guy and ask why he was an hour late to even CALL and his excuse was he was extremely busy and forgot me. FORGETTING about your clients and not honoring appointments by assuming my time is not worth your time is a horrible way to do business. Worst part is instead of offering to make it right or seem apologetic in any way, his response was to call someone else. Don’t bother with this clown.
