  Just finished sighing up for new service and I must say I have had a excellent experience so far. Karissa is awesome she is very professional and a pleasure to talk to she guided me through the whole process and have power transferred already in one day. From reading the reviews of others I hope billing is accurate will see, so far very happy with Moon Lake!

  Currently shut off our power during the covid 19 pandemic even though we are on a payment plan during the pandemic. We have paid our bills ontime with moonlake for well over 3 years with no missed payments now they are saying the recconect will be in 10 hours by which time our food will also spoil and we are already struggling.

  Unfortunately this is the only option that we have in Roosevelt, but I have to say the services are the worst. Power is constantly going out with no explanation and the billing is never accurate. If I had any other options I would definitely be terminating my services.
