  Brad the owner came out for estimate for a genator install. Agreed on a unit and said I'd be securing a private loan for the deal. Brad stated ok we'll put your name on a unit, when you have your loan contact us to do the contract. When my loan came in I called to come in to do the contract but was told it was already sold. Apparently when they say they'll put your name on a unit they'll actually sell it to the first person who walks in with cash. They're word means absolutely nothing and what's worse he called me a liar saying he never put customers names on units. Then to contradict himself he said we'll order another one and "put your name on it" but won't arrive for several months. Brad comes off as family friendly but believe me he's as cutthroat as business gets.

  Very professional. Arrived on time and got right to work. I forgot to purchase light bulbs and they went and got some. Finished very quickly and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend.
