  This is hands-down the best customer service and response that I’ve had with any business. I called first thing this morning and spoke with Mr. Keith and he made me an appointment the same day. He called me back in less than 10 minutes and said that he would have somebody to my house ASAP. I am so grateful for the service that they provided and getting my AC back up and running at a reasonable price. The technician Eric was very professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. I will definitely lock them into my phone and will use them for further services. You guys rock!! I needed air and they gave me Moore Air!!

  Wow! This is a truly class act. The test of a great business is how they respond when things do not go perfectly. Moore Air handled a challenge at my home with speed, quality and professionalism. They absolutely back-up their work and make customer satisfaction a priority. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new construction, repair or replacement. I do not believe a better outfit exists in the area.
