  Absolutely horrible way of doing business. Took my girlfriend down after they told her they would pay 30% of her rent. Signing papers they only paid a hundred, and then told her that the 30% is from annual income, NOT from rent. And then on the phone, a guy was telling someone they take it out of her rent. Pretty sure this is because she's a different race too because when she spoke to them on the phone they were rude, and then when I called them a few mins later, they were completely different (all on speaker phone). Avoid at all costs.
