  Hello Mr. Electric Ft. Worth, I wanted to let you know that your electrician, Clint Winston, did a great job at our house on Monday. He was highly professional and polite. He carefully evaluated 5 separate electrical jobs that we asked to be done, then told us in detail what it would take to do each, and the costs involved. After we decided on the jobs, he went right to work and stayed until the jobs were done; then he walked us through them to make sure we were satisfied. We could not have asked for better service - Clint is a true professional. I'd also like to commend your company: I called Mr. Electric Monday morning thinking it might be weeks to get any service, instead: 1. You answered the phone (which is a big deal itself). 2. You said you could be over that same day to give us a quote, and that depending on the work, you would do it that day. 3. You kept us appraised of when Clint would arrive, even sending us a picture of Clint so we would know who to expect. 4. Clint got the work done the same day! even after having to run out for parts.   I had used them before with good results. I needed my kitchen light and switch replaced, along with some other things. When they gave me a total for everything it was over $700.00. I decided to just do the light & switch because I really needed it. The total was $419.00 for 20 minutes work, that includes the charge of $49 for just coming out. No senior or repeat customer discount. I watched them, it took them 20 minutes to do the actual work, plus 15 minutes for paperwork & an inspection. They did do the work as agreed, but I won't be using again at those prices.

  Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They took the time to thoroughly explain the service and upgrades that we needed and why they were needed. They returned a day or so later and literally worked all day to complete our upgrades and repairs. All areas were spotless after completion. We will definitely use Mr. Electric again. Thanks
