  So glad that I was able to hire Mr. Electric of Cary. I was presented with a few options and went with my gut feeling. Bobbie came out for the estimate and was attentive when I explained my overall future plans. He offered suggestions to think about and present a few estimates. Bobbie gave me a few days and checked in with me to know if I had questions or concerns. He followed up which I appreciated. Never felt pressured on anything. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Got it scheduled and I have no complaints. Have a phase 2 of the overall project and I am excited to see this through. Very friendly and reasonable rates. Bobbie and his assistant was always professional, courteous, and treated the house with care.

  Both Bobbie and Victor arrived at my home to help troubleshoot an issue with a breaker. They both went above and beyond in not only making the repair, but also in explaining in detail the root cause of the issue (a leak in the roof). They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and ensured I was satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend.

  We needed an outlet moved in order to install a new double wall oven. The electrician, Bobbie Jones, recognized that additional voltage was needed for the new oven in order to prevent it from shorting out (any time both ovens were on). He also updated some switches on our panel, which is original to our 1968 home. He was very professional, prompt, and explained everything.
