Let me tell you about Mr. Bryon Pate, he came in and handled his business. He promised that we were going to have power in the rooms that had no power and he delivered exactly what he had promised. A1 Service all the way. The room in the photo is one of the two rooms that had no power for months. Now there is power!

Byron is THE BEST! I had a different company provide a quote the day before Byron that was THOUSANDS of dollars more. I suspect that the servicemen from the other company saw a woman and decided to quote exorbitant prices. Not only was Byron honest, but he was proactive in pointing out other safety issues. I have decided to go with Mr Electric for the work, but it has not started yet. I will return to provide an updated review once work is complete. At this point, I have the utmost confidence in Byron that the work will be great! I'll end by saying that if any other competitors are reading this review, remember that in the end you actually make more money by being honest/not greedy than by trying to charge over the top prices. Mr. Electric will have a life-long customer out of me!

Brian was amazing. He explained everything so l could fully understand. Which at times is a task within itself. He took his time and eliminated every possibility. Brian went far beyond expectations to locate the problem. Before he arrived my home did not have heat. I am happy to say before his departure my home was restored with heat. Brain searched the attic to the crawl space where he located the source. From the first call to Mr electric until the end of the service appointment. I was put at ease with wonderful customer service. I know who to call for all my electrical needs . Thank you
