We called Mr. Electric about a year ago. The serviceman that came out was COLE ANDERSON. He is outstanding. Very patient, knowledgeable, kind and personable. We have 18' ceilings and he has hung to very large chandeliers for us that needed a 20' ladder. I am telling you, this guy is amazing. He's very careful and has much attention to detail! To have the ability to carry a chandelier with one hand up a 20' ladder and use his other hand to connect the wires......well, THAT'S SKILL!!! He also installed a light switch and a GFI. We appreciate him very much, and not only is he our "go to" electrician, we are also now friends! Thanks for you continued service to us Cole.

Brady Doyle was amazing! We had to get electricity for conversion of a septic to sewer system! Lots of work in one day and passed city inspection with no problems! Very impressed by his work and how prompt he was! Great and professional guy! Will use many more times! Would highly recommend

Very impressed with Mr. Electric services received (Chattanooga, TN) and highly recommended this company for your electrical needs! Within three hours after calling Mr. Electric for a quote to install a new outlet plug-in for our hybrid vehicle and outdoor lighting/outlets/switches for our deck, a representative, Tyler Smith, was at our door to assist with our electrical needs. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable of what services fit our needs as he listened to our requirements list. Five minutes later after completing his assessment, a detailed quote of recommended services was given. Once we agreed to proceed, the installation was scheduled for the following morning. Electrician, Brandon Marsh, who deeply cares and loves what he does as seen with him being knowledgeable, efficient, professional, courteous, and worked diligently from start to finish, despite of the inclimate weather. He also made time to answer questions, and informative with safety in mind to a client like me who is not proficient with electricity. He also made us aware of other services options offered within the company of which we are not aware of, such as installing dehumidifiers in our crawlspace. Thank you, Brandon & Tyler, for the job well done!
