Jason Baker and his Assistant (did not get his name) arrived as scheduled and addressed possible cost of repair immediately so there would be no surprises. Very quickly assessed problem at various outlets that had no power. Diligently and professionally repaired every single outlet in a brief period of time. Extremely pleasant, nice attitude and eager to accomplish customer-satisfied job. Absolutely, if needed, would contact Jason again for his expertise, knowledge and professionalism - a pleasure to have in our home. Charlotte M.

Very poor service and not completely honest. I completed out a form online for an electrician. Mr. Electric’s office in Norfolk called me based upon what I submitted. Due to work schedule, needed an after-hours or Saturday appointment, so scheduled two weeks out for 5/22. While on the phone making this appointment found that I had had Mr. Electric out prior. I called to confirm my appointment on 5/20 and it was confirmed. I rearranged my schedule for my appointment on Saturday and the time window came and went. I called several times, no answer or machine. I received a call from a gentleman stating I had been calling. I told him I had an appointment and he proceeded to tell me that they do not service my area any longer and that I am 5-7 miles outside of their area and that they had left me a message on the 5/21/2021. Found that they e-mailed and called a number from the account that was over two years old. I asked if the girl that answers his phone is aware of the service area and he stated yes, that she must have seen that I had been a customer in the past and mistakenly booked the appointment. This is false for the fact I filled the form out online with my address and it was not until after she called that we found out they had been to my home, and the account was under a different name. Do not recommend, as you cannot trust appointments.

The contractor arrived within the previously stated window. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, listened attentively to my concerns, & resolved the problem with my outdoor flood light system in a timely manner. I just feel $163,99 is way too much for what was done.Thank you, Byron Baker!
