  Every other electrician I called must have thought our job for adding some lights and outlets for an office conversion was too small because they wouldn’t even come out to give us a quote. Mr. Electric had Josh come out within a week. Josh had great recommendations and even split the quote in case we wanted some work now and some later. He also explained about newer electric codes and permit requirements in our area, making sure we understand why the work was needed. After discussing things with my wife we called back, put half down, and scheduled the work to be done. They were really accommodating with scheduling. Josh, who gave us the appraisal, was the same one to come back out and do the work. He was really nice and paid attention to small details like the new light switches matching the style of our existing ones. It was great to work with the same person throughout the whole process. I highly recommend having Josh at Mr. Electric do any work you need done quickly and with great attention to detail.

  We called them to repair an outdoor outlet. I was treated very professionally when I called. We set an appointment. I received a text notifying me when the tech was on his way, along with a picture. Our problem turned out to be a tripped GFCI which was hidden behind our piano. We were charged a fee that I wish had been disclosed when I made the appointment because it took me by surprise. But hey, I look at it as I was paying for his knowledge, because my lack of it obviously necessitated the call, as well as for the company support team and overhead costs. I highly recommend them, just make sure you know how much you can expect to pay when you make your appointment.

  Very easy to get an appointment within a reasonable time and the technician, Richard Day, was very knowledgeable and competent and got the job done properly, leaving no mess. Have used Mr Electric before for a job and am always pleased with the service.
