  Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Jeremy Townsend, Field Manager, is who helped us day-of. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations to us about how to fix our electrical issues. His work was top notch. We can tell he really cares about not only his quality craftsmanship, but the quality relationships he's building in the community. Well done!

  I had a great experience with this company. I had an issue at my work with an electrical panel and was unable to get a same day service call from most of the companies I called. I happened upon Mr electric and gave them a call. The lady who answered the phones took down my number and gave me a call a few hours later to let me know they were able to squeeze it into their schedule for today. The technician Drew arrived promptly and was able to figure out what we needed and went to get the parts and was back right away and was able to get the panel repaired so there weren't any safety issues for the resident. I appreciate the prompt service and the level of service provided. It was the first time using this company but definitely will be a return customer if the need arises again

  We had an outlet installed and breaker installed today for charging our electric car. We had a text sent to us with a picture of the electrician and name before arrival. Michael Hines. Mr. Hines called before arrival to give us a heads up and ETA. My husband remained at home for the appt, while I ran errands. I returned home expecting to have to clean up drywall dust, muddy foot prints.....something. I came home a very nice new outlet in the garage wall with the charger plugged in......and NO MESS. None. Not a speck of drywall dust to clean. Inside where the breaker is, the work was nicely done, and also....no mess. It's raining outside and there wasn't a single footprint. My husband states Mr. Hines cleaned and wore foot protectors. I am so pleased to have more efficient home charging for my car and I didn't have to clean after the appt. We are very pleased with our service. High standards of professionalism. We will be using their services again in the future. I wish we had previously.
