  The technician Rick was friendly, considerate, and (from my very limited electrical knowledge) provided great service installing a bathroom junction box and fixing the switch to our patio light. Following the service, a representative from Mr. Electric followed up to see how the service was. When I mentioned lightly that I had been concerned about requiring a permit for the work, the feedback was immediately passed to a manager who contacted me (and the city) to confirm the need for a permit and the cost applied. Overall, very happy with the work and especially the high level of customer service. Will definitely use in the future.

  Employees were easy to work with, and listened to our issues and helped solve our problem. They did an electrical remodel of our home based off our needs. Work was very good quality, I saw the electrical work being done everything looks neat and professional and left our walls intact. Really appreciate the quick response and professional service. Very good value for the amount of circuit work required, would gladly work with Norman again. Thank you Mr. Electric!

  Fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Appointment desk staff were extremely responsive, got me in quickly, and kept me up to date on my technician's arrival status. My technician, Scott, was not only a knowledgable electrician, he was also honest and a good human being. He went above and beyond to rectify my issue and wouldn't even accept a tip. This was my first time using Mr. Electric and I will definitely be using them again. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.
