  I have been incredibly impressed with our technician Javier, and this company as a whole. He had a great "go-getter" attitude, from the initial estimate all the way through the final clean-up, and he didn't shy away from the hard stuff. He was thorough, didn't cut corners or put on temporary band-aids to get through the job quicker. He explained the reasoning behind every recommendation, didn't try to upsell but advised me when he thought I should do something different, and he had great ideas and options to help me achieve the look that I wanted. Additionally, I love that the person who gave me the estimate and talked over my ideas was actually the person who later came to do the work. Overall, the company is super responsive and the dispatchers/schedulers are very nice. What a great experience!

  We have had to replace 2 of 3 outlets on the same circuit a couple of times over the past 5 years. And, during this time have had at least 3 or 4 different electricians come out. Each time they were able to get the outlets working again but it wasn't long before the switch flipped and we had to reset the outlet again or the outlet(s) just wouldn't work at all. The last time this happened, we decided to do more research and based on the reviews Mr.Electric received, set up an appointment. Best decision ever! Troy was able quickly diagnose the problem as well as the underlying problem (s) causing the circuit to short out so frequently. We now have an updated and safe electrical system that is grounded (it wasn't before) a new panel with room for expansion and a new Charge Point Flex home charging station. And all this was done in ONE DAY! We will be calling Mr. Electric for any future electrical needs!

  Javier was very professional and walked me through what he was doing as he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He provided me with knowledge I can use to troubleshoot future issues and how to do some minor repairs/updates on my own. Price was fair for the work/time it took and I have peace of mind knowing it’s been handled by a professional.
